Whose personal data do we process?
Unlike other PR Publishing Agencies, Get Feature also issues refunds to its customers who are not satisfied with our services for which we are sure will not happen with our professional production team.
Refund policy of Get Feature will be nil if:
- If the Initial Article Draft is approved by the client and revision processed has started.
- If the client has chosen a special discounted package.
- If the clients want the refund due to a reason that is not related to Get Feature.
- If the client is unresponsive or not contacted Get Feature from 15 Working days.
- If Companies policies are violated.
- If the brief form is lacking required information.
- If the claim has crossed the “refund request” time span.
- If the article is published on the decided media outlets by the Get Feature Team.
- If the business is closing or there is a disagreement with the partners of the company.
- Payments for Get Feature services may be processed by our affiliated sister companies, Annabling LLC or GrowthHype LLC, and all refund requests will be honored under the same terms and conditions regardless of which entity processed your payment.
